Downtown Streetscape Project Kicks Off Phase Two

Construction crews began major infrastructure work on East State Street this week, marking the second phase of the city's multi-year downtown revitalization effort. Crews will be upgrading utilities, installing new sidewalks, and improving pedestrian access through mid-August.
